Cat first discovered yoga over fifteen years ago and has been practising with joy ever since. She teaches with warmth and kindness, bringing attention to alignment and a focus on the breath.
Her classes draw on her own personal practices of Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Sivananda Yoga, and are influenced by her study of Yoga Nidra.
Cat is a qualified, Yoga Alliance registered instructor. She undertook her initial Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow teacher training with Yoga London and has continued her professional development, studying with a number of acclaimed teachers in specialisms such as Ashtanga Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.
Cat is thankful for her many teachers, past and present for their continuing influence and support.
