Accessible, friendly class, suitable for all from 12 weeks, whether you are a seasoned yogi or completely new to yoga. The small class sizes ensure individual attention and appropriate modifications are offered for all :)
Bristol Movement space is next to the beautiful St George Park, on the vibrant church road, there is plenty of free parking available in the park, and lots of nice cafes nearby for a refreshing cup of tea afterwards too!
There are max 8 spaces so it's best to book in advance, directly with amala yoga or on move gb.
